  • Overview: Cook just 2 days a week to prep all your meals and snacks
  • Cook days: Sunday and Wednesday (to make sure food, especially meat, is super fresh throughout the week)
  • Sunday: Cook for Mon-Wed
  • Wednesday: Cook for Thu-Sun
  • Each day you pick 1 breakfast, 2-3 entrees and 1-2 snacks

  • This plan will transform your time in the kitchen into an easier and more delicious process than ever. Often what you cook for dinner one night will be enough for leftovers the next day at lunch, but other than that there is almost no repetition of recipes and meals. I’ve found the sweet spot between cooking efficiently – week long meal prep – but also keeping things exciting and tasty.
