As you get stronger, you may notice your mobility becomes worse. This is because your muscles are become shortened and tight, and in order to do well in CrossFit you need to actively maintain as much flexibility and mobility as possible. Add stretching into your regular routine, and be sure to make use of the mobility tools in our gym.
